2011 National Beer Pong League
In February 2011,
All American Beer Pong and 15 independent leagues will be uniting together to
create the first national beer pong league throughout the country.
Through the success of our 2010 beer pong tour, we have pieced together a
strong network of established leagues and event coordinators which will
have a major impact on the organization of this unified league. Beer
Pong is clearly emerging on a national scale and it's time the
independent leagues join together and have their players and events gain
the exposure they deserve. If you are not on the list and you would
like to join the network of united leagues, please contact us and we
will send you an informational packet on how to get started.
Structure
*6 week league
*2 players per team
*Round robin format
*Each team plays 4 games a night
*Each team plays 3 games a night (if 16+ teams are present)
*$500 Cash prizes and trophies
*League Championship
*Online National Championship
Statistics
*Wins
*Losses
*Cup Margins
*Local and National Rankings
Simplicity
We structured the league to be as simple as possible so the players and league coordinators can adapt to it easily and efficiently. We decided to use the round robin format so all of the league members can play the same amount of games without being discouraged of being knocked out of a double elimination tournament. This is the framework of a more social and relaxed style of beer pong that will appeal to the masses and have the players returning for the league events.
